#1. Are you accepting new clients ?

Yes! Renee is always welcoming new guests looking for natural, customize color that enhance your features, easy-to-style haircuts . I will guide you to the best shape for your face and lifestyle. Are you looking for your confidence back? You are in right place.

#3 Why are your prices in a price range ?

Each service includes a standard amount of time and/or product. This can go up based on hair length and density, as well as extra time needed to complete the service.

#2 How should I prepare for visit?

Please dress comfortably so you can relax during your appointment! I do everything in my power to ensure your clothing remains dry & stain free, but it's probably still best not to wear your favorite, most treasured, most expensive items in case an accident does happen. Please avoid wearing bulky necklines ( like hooded sweatshirts or turtlenecks ).

If you want the title of " Best Client Ever" wearing neutrals is so, so awesome for our " after" photos capture to show off your final look.

#4 What is your re-do policy?

If you are ever unhappy, let me know within 5 days and I am happy to make adjustments so that you are satisfied. Due to the artistic nature of my services, I do not ever offer refunds. Please note that a re-do is different than not liking something on yourself even though it was delivered as promised and agreed upon, or changing your mind.
