What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Take a few minutes to explore my services and FAQs before you select so you can feel confident in what you're booking, go ahead and book your appointment. If you happen to book the wrong service, don't worry. We'll always begin with an in depth consultation where I can adjust your services as needed, walk through any pricing changes, and give you options before we begin.
After you book, you'll receive a confirmation with your appointment details, along with a follow up message that includes helpful information like location and parking. I also recommend saving 3-5 inspiration photos that reflect your dream hair or over all goals so we can use them as a starting point to create something that feels personalized to you and fits your lifestyle.
Day-of Appointment Experience
From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted with a smile, and warm handshake.
Every service begins with an in-depth consultation. This is relaxed, personalized conversation focused on what matters most to you. What do you like, and what you don't like about your hair. I take into consideration your hair type, face shape, skin tone, lifestyle, and personal preferences. This allows me to fully understand what you are looking for?
By the end of consultation, we'll have a clear plan that works best for you, clarity on your investment,
maintenance, and next steps.
I usually run on time, because I know how valuable your time is. A one-on-one experience means your time, your hair, and your goals are my only focus, to ensure your visit is prioritized and never rushed. No distractions or compromises, personalized attention and expert results. If you need to work remotely, relax and unwind, I'm happy to offer a quiet, uninterrupted experience.
After your service we will map out a plan and determine the ideal timing for your next visit to maintain the service you received.
After Goodbye
After color and perm service it's important not to wash your hair for the first 48 hours post-service!
I will provide recommendations for at-home care and products tailored to your hair's unique needs to have "Great Hair Day Every Day"
You will have access to easily manage your future appointments through my booking system, with text or email reminders sent directly to you.
